All Starr Pediatrics was opened in Peachtree City in September of 2016. We looking forward to the opportunity to care for your child/children.

Please explore our website for information on our practice and other useful medical information/content. The Forms section will have the relevant registration forms requested prior to first visit, which you may print out at home and bring to your first visit, or even mail or drop off ahead of time. Of course, we have them in the office too, so you may complete them here.

If you are from out of state, or entering the school system, your child/childrens' school will likely be looking for a Georgia physician to complete a GA 3300 Form (Vision, Hearing, Dental and Nutrition Form) and have thier immunizations entered into the GRITS (Georgia Registry of Immunization Transactions and Services) System. We can help you with these forms.

Please bring any relevant medical records and immunization records to your appointment. All of our physicians are board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
